Dinkum Chili

Recipe Ingredients

500   Wallaroo bacon
2 tablespoons 30mlVegetable oil
1   Red kangaroo shank - chopped
500   Gray kangaroo steak - chopped
500   Ground emu ham
31 1/2   Tasmanian light red chili
31 1/2   Wooroorooks chili
26 1/2   Mount isa dark red chili
140   Oregano
1 tablespoon 15mlCumin
3 tablespoons 45mlBrown sugar
1   White onion - chopped
1   Brown onion - chopped
2   Celery stalks - chopped
1   Green pepper - diced
2   Garlic cloves - minced
740   Australian beer
1   Whole tomatoes #411

Recipe Instructions

Combine all ingredients and simmer until ready to serve. Serve hot and enjoy.
