1 teaspoon | 5ml | Chili powder |
1/2 | Beer - (optional) | |
4 | Crisp bacon |
This recipe works great in a slow cooker for approx. 8 hrs. if you don't have one, cook on low for at least 2 hours.
Slightly brown the steak cubes in the bacon fat, drain and then add remaining ingredients.
Simmer as mentioned above.
Top with shredded cheddar and raw onions.
