Red Pepper Sour Cream Sauce

Recipe Ingredients

3		Red bell peppers *
1/2 cup	118ml	Dairy sour cream
1		Red jalapeno pepper *
1 teaspoon	5ml	Sugar

Recipe Instructions

* Peppers should be roasted and peeled. Place bell peppers and chile in food processor workbowl fitted with steel blade or in a blender container, cover and process until well blended. Stir in sour cream and sugar.

Makes about 2 cups of sauce
