Whoopee Pie (Filling) Recipe - Cooking Index
1 3/4 cups | 346g / 12oz | Confectioner's sugar |
1/4 lb | 113g / 4oz | Butter |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Vanilla |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Milk, add up to 3 tsp |
In electric mixer beat butter until fluffy, add confectioner's sugar, vanilla and milk. Beat until fluffy.
Spread in the middle of two whoopee pie cakes.
