White Texas Sheet Cake

1 cup 198g / 7ozMargarine
1 cup 237mlWater
2 cups 125g / 4.4ozFlour
2 cups 396g / 13ozSugar
2   Eggs - beaten
1 1/4 cups 296mlSour cream
1 teaspoon 5mlSalt
1 teaspoon 5mlAlmond extract
1 teaspoon 5mlBaking soda
  Frosting
1 1/4 cups 247g / 8.7ozMargarine
1 1/2 cups 355mlMilk
1 1/4 cups 116g / 4.1ozAlmond extract
1 cup 237mlWalnuts or pecans
4 1/2 cups 891g / 31ozConfectioners sugar

Recipe Instructions

Melt margarine and water in saucepan.

Remove from heat and stir in flour, sugar, eggs, sour cream, extract, salt, and baking soda.

Beat until smooth.

Pour into greased 15x10" pan and bake at 375F 20-22 minutes.

Cool.

Frosting:

Heat margarine and milk, then mix in remaining ingredients.
