Wacky Cake

Recipe Ingredients

1 1/2 cups	93g / 3.3oz	Unbleached all-purpose flour
1 cup	198g / 7oz	Sugar
3 tablespoons	45ml	Cocoa
1 teaspoon	5ml	Baking soda
1/2 teaspoon	2.5ml	Salt
1 teaspoon	5ml	Vanilla
1 teaspoon	5ml	Vinegar
5 tablespoons	75ml	Vegetable oil
1 cup	237ml	Cold water

Recipe Instructions

Mix flour, sugar, cocoa, soda and salt.

Make three wells in the flour mixture.

In one put vanilla; in another the vinegar, and in the third the oil.

Pour 1 cup cold water over all and stir.

No need to beat. Pour into 8 x 8-inch pan.

Bake at 350F oven until it springs back.
