Recipe Ingredients

7   Eggs - separated
2/3 cup 131g / 4.6ozSugar
5 oz 142gBittersweet chocolate - grated
1/2 teaspoon 2.5mlCinnamon
1 1/2 cups 355mlNuts - ground
  Chocolate icing

Recipe Instructions

Bear yolks and sugar until light. Add chocolate, cinnamon and nuts.

Fold in stiffly beaten whites.

Put into a tube pan and bake 45 min at 325F or until done.
