Vegetarian Chocolate Cake

Recipe Ingredients

		In A 9x9 Baking Pan Mix
1 1/2 cups	93g / 3.3oz	Flour
3 tablespoons	45ml	Cocoa
1 teaspoon	5ml	Baking soda
1 cup	198g / 7oz	Sugar
1/2 teaspoon	2.5ml	Salt
		When That Is Mixed Add
5 tablespoons	75ml	Cooking oil
1/2 tablespoon	7.5ml	Vinegar
1 teaspoon	5ml	Vanilla
1 cup	237ml	Cold water

Recipe Instructions

Mix this *well*. If you don't, you will get pockets of vinegar (yuck)

Bake at 350F for about 30 minutes (or until done)

This is a very quick, no animal product chocolate cake.

It keeps well too.
