Three Way Chocolate Buttercream Frosting Recipe - Cooking Index
3 cups | 594g / 20oz | Confectioners sugar |
1/2 cup | 99g / 3.5oz | Butter - softened |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Vanilla |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Milk - approximately |
Bakers chocolate* |
* 1 square for light frosting, 2 squares for medium, 3 squares for dark
In a large mixer bowl, blend sugar, butter, vanilla and desired amount of chocolate.
Blend until well mixed and smooth. Add milk, one tablespoon at a time, until frosting is desired consistency.
Makes enough frosting for one 2 layer cake or one 9 x 13 sheet cake.
