Texas Orange Cake Recipe - Cooking Index

| 1 | Yellow cake mix | |
| 4 | Eggs | |
| 1/2 cup | 118ml | Vegetable oil |
| 11 oz | 312g | Mandarin oranges with juice |
| Topping | ||
| 1 | Vanilla instant pudding (large) | |
| 15 oz | 426g | Crushed pineapple and juice |
| 1/2 cup | 118ml | Half and half |
| 12 oz | 340g | Cool Whip |
| 1 cup | 93g / 3.3oz | Coconut |
Beat eggs, oil and oranges together. Add cake mix. Beat until thick.
Bake in greased and floured 9x13" pan for 35-45 minutes at 350F. Cool.
Topping: Mix pudding and pineapple; beat until thick. Add half and half; beat again.
Place on cooled cake.
Cover with Cool Whip and sprinkle with coconut. Refrigerate.
