Texas Orange Cake

Recipe Ingredients

  Cake
1   Yellow cake mix
4   Eggs
1/2 cup 118mlVegetable oil
11 oz 312gMandarin oranges with juice
  Topping
1   Vanilla instant pudding (large)
15 oz 426gCrushed pineapple and juice
1/2 cup 118mlHalf and half
12 oz 340gCool Whip
1 cup 93g / 3.3ozCoconut

Recipe Instructions

Beat eggs, oil and oranges together. Add cake mix. Beat until thick.

Bake in greased and floured 9x13" pan for 35-45 minutes at 350F. Cool.

Topping: Mix pudding and pineapple; beat until thick. Add half and half; beat again.

Place on cooled cake.

Cover with Cool Whip and sprinkle with coconut. Refrigerate.
