Texas Candy Cake

Recipe Ingredients

8 oz 227gCandied cherries - grated
8 oz 227gCandied pineapple - chopped
8 oz 227gDates - chopped
8 oz 227gCoconut (or 7 oz pkg)
4 1/2 cups 1066mlNuts, walnuts, pecans
3 tablespoons 45mlFlour
1   Condensed milk

Recipe Instructions

Toss fruit and nuts with flour.

Mix in milk thoroughly until all is well coated.

Press into sprayed bread pans and bake at 250F 1-1/2 hours, or until light brown.

Let cool in pans until completely cool, then slice. Best if it mellows in refrigerator about 2 weeks.
