| 1 cup | 237ml | Coca cola |
| 1 cup | 237ml | Miniature marshmallows (+more if needed) |
| 2 cups | 125g / 4.4oz | Flour |
| 2 cups | 396g / 13oz | Sugar |
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Baking soda |
| 1/2 cup | 118ml | Buttermilk |
| 2 | Eggs | |
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Vanilla |
| Icing | ||
| 6 tablespoons | 90ml | Coca cola |
| 1 | Margarine | |
| 2 1/2 tablespoons | 37ml | Cocoa |
| 1 | Powdered sugar, 10x | |
| 1 cup | 146g / 5.1oz | Pecans - chopped |
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Vanilla |
Cake: In medium sauce pan, bring oleo, cocoa, oil, and Coca Cola to a boil.
Remove from heat.
Add 1/2 cup or more of miniature marshmallows, flour, sugar, soda, buttermilk, eggs and vanilla, and beat well. Pour into greased 15 1/2" x 10 1/2" cake pan.
Bake at 350F about 35 minutes, or until pick inserted in center comes out clean.
Spread Coca Cola icing over warm cake.
Icing: Mix, and beat above ingredients until smooth. Spread on warm cake.
