| Confectioners Sugar | ||
| 1 cup | 198g / 7oz | Granulated sugar |
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Cornstarch |
| Brown Sugar | ||
| 1 cup | 198g / 7oz | Granulated sugar |
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Molasses |
Confectioners sugar: mix ingredients in a blender for about 45 seconds.
Brown sugar: add one or two tablespoons molasses to one cup sugar and mix well.
