Strawberry Pastry Cake Recipe - Cooking Index

1 | French vanilla pudding mix | |
1 | Cream cheese | |
1 cup | 237ml | Milk |
2 | Fresh strawberries | |
1 | Whipping cream | |
1 cup | 198g / 7oz | Sugar |
Mint leaves (optional) | ||

Prepare cake mix according to package directions. Cool completely.
Prepare pudding using the cream cheese (softened) and 1 cup milk.
When the cake is completely cooled, cut the cake in half and spread the pudding mixture over the bottom layer.
Slice the strawberries and layer them on top of the pudding and replace the top layer of cake.
Whip the cream with 1/2 cup of sugar and spread the whipped cream over the entire cake.
Place strawberries on top of the cake. Use almonds and/or mint leaves for further presentation.
