Strawberry Cake - 2

Recipe Ingredients

1		Strawberry gelatin
1/2 cup	118ml	Cold water
1		White cake mix
4		Eggs
1 cup	237ml	Salad oil
3 tablespoons	45ml	Flour
1/2		Frozen strawberries (10 oz)
		Strawberry Icing
3/4		Margarine - softened
2 cups	396g / 13oz	Powdered sugar
1/2		Frozen strawberries (10 oz)

Recipe Instructions

Dissolve strawberry gelatin in cold water.

Combine all cake ingredients including gelatin mixture and beat with mixer for 5 minutes.

Bake in greased tube pan at 325F for 55 minutes.

For icing, combine margarine, powdered sugar, and remaining strawberries and beat well. Pour over cooled cake.

Really good and easy.
