Stained-Glass Cake - 1

Recipe Ingredients

3   Jell-O, various colors
2 cups 474mlHeavy cream
1   Plain gelatin
1/2 cup 99g / 3.5ozSugar
1/4 cup 59mlWater - cold
1 teaspoon 5mlVanilla
1 cup 237mlPineapple juice - hot
1   Lady fingers

Recipe Instructions

Dissolve each Jell-O flavor in 1-1/2 cups hot water. Chill. When set cut into 1/2" cubes. Soften gelatin in 1/4 cup water.

Add to hot pineapple juice. Cool mix. Whip cream, add sugar and vanilla. Fold in the Jell-O cubes and pineapple juice.

Pour into spring from pan which has been lined with split Lady Fingers, rounded side out. Do not use Cool Whip in this recipe, use whipped heavy cream.

NOTE: Use red and green for Christmas, shades of red for Valentines, yellow and orange for Thanksgiving.
