Spiced Apple Pound Cake Recipe - Cooking Index
2 1/4 cups | 140g / 4.9oz | Flour |
2 cups | 396g / 13oz | Sugar |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Salt |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Baking soda |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Vanilla |
1 cup | 198g / 7oz | Butter or margarine - softened |
1 | Ct spiced apple yogurt | |

Combine ingredients in large mixing bowl. Blend at low speed.
Beat 3 minutes at medium speed, scraping bowl occasionally. Pour batter into well greased and floured 12- cup, 10-inch Bundt pan.
Bake at 325F for 60-65 minutes or until top of cake springs back when lightly touched.
Coot cake 15 minutes before removing from pan. GLAZE: Combine 1 cup confectioners' sugar, 2 Tbsp. milk and 1 tsp. cinnamon.
Beat until smooth. Drizzle glaze over cake, then sprinkle with pecans -- chopped.
