Special Passover Apple Cake

Recipe Ingredients

3		Eggs
1 cup	198g / 7oz	Sugar
1/2 cup	118ml	Oil
2/3 cup	157ml	Matzoth cake meal - sifted
1/2 cup	118ml	Potato starch
5		Apples - sliced thin
		Sugar and cinnamon

Recipe Instructions

Beat eggs well. Add sugar and oil. Add sifted cake meal and potato starch.

Lightly oil 8" square baking pan. Place apples which have been sprinkled with sugar and cinnamon in the bottom of the pan. Pour the batter over the apples.

Bake at 325F for about an hour.
