2 | Chiles poblanos - roasted, peeled | |
4 cups | 948ml | Chicken broth |
2 | Corn grains | |
1 cup | 237ml | Tomato sauce |
1 cup | 62g / 2.2oz | Onion (medium) |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Epazote - (optional) |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Chicken broth cube |
Vegetable oil | ||
Salt and pepper |
Saute onion until be transparent, add poblanos and corn grains, add tomato sauce and cook. Add the chicken broth and chicken broth cube, epazote and let cook for 20 min.
