3/4 cup | 177ml | Oil |

1/2 cup | 73g / 2.6oz | Nuts - chopped |
1 cup | 237ml | Buttermilk |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Butter flavoring |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Brown sugar |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Cinnamon |
Glaze | ||
1 cup | 198g / 7oz | Powdered sugar |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Milk |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Vanilla |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Butter flavoring |
Combine cake mix, sugar and oil, mixing well.
Add eggs, beating after each.
Add nuts, buttermilk and butter flavoring. Pour half of the batter into a well-greased tube pan.
Combine brown sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle on batter.
Add remaining batter and bake 1 hour at 350F.
GLAZE: Combine powdered sugar, milk, vanilla and butter flavoring. Drizzle over warm cake.
