Sock-It-To-Me Cake - 1

Recipe Ingredients

4		Eggs
1/2 cup	99g / 3.5oz	Sugar
1		Duncan Hines butter yellow cake
3/4 cup	177ml	Crisco oil
1 tablespoon	15ml	Butter
1 tablespoon	15ml	Vanilla
8 oz	227g	Sour cream
1/2 cup	73g / 2.6oz	Pecans - chopped
2 tablespoons	30ml	Sugar
2 tablespoons	30ml	Cinnamon

Recipe Instructions

Mix 2 tablespoons sugar and 2 tablespoons cinnamon.

Mix all other ingredients.

Pour 1/2 mixture in tube cake pan.

Sprinkle sugar cinnamon mixture over cake.

Pour in remaining half of cake mixture on top.

Bake at 325F for 1 hour, cool in pan 10 minutes before removing.
