Seven-Up Cake

Recipe Ingredients

		Cake
1		Lemon supreme cake mix
1		Pineapple instant pudding
4		Eggs
2/3 cup	157ml	Vegetable oil
10 oz	284g	7-Up
		Icing
1		Crushed pineapple - small
1/2 cup	99g / 3.5oz	Margarine
1 1/2 cups	297g / 10oz	Sugar
2 tablespoons	30ml	Flour
1		Angel flake coconut
2		Eggs

Recipe Instructions

Empty lemon supreme cake mix and instant pineapple pudding into a large mixing bowl. Add oil and eggs.

Beat about 2 minutes. Add 7-Up and mix until well blended.

Pour into a sheet cake pan that has been greased and floured.

Bake 35-40 minutes or until done in a preheated 350F oven.

While still hot spread with Icing.

Cook margarine, sugar, pineapple, flour and eggs until thick.

Add coconut and blend well. Spread over cake while both are still warm.
