Rocky Road Frosting For Brownies and Cakes Recipe - Cooking Index
1 1/2 cups | 297g / 10oz | Powdered sugar |
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Soft butter |
1 1/2 teaspoons | 7.5ml | Cream |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Vanilla |
1 oz | 28g | Chocolate |
1 cup | 237ml | Marshmallows, miniature |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Salted peanuts (optional) |
Blend sugar and butter. Stir in cream and vanilla.
Add chocolate, marshmallows and nuts.
Note: make brownies according to package directions.
Top with the frosting.
