Rocky Road Frosting For Brownies and Cakes

Recipe Ingredients

1 1/2 cups	297g / 10oz	Powdered sugar
3 tablespoons	45ml	Soft butter
1 1/2 teaspoons	7.5ml	Cream
1 teaspoon	5ml	Vanilla
1 oz	28g	Chocolate
1 cup	237ml	Marshmallows, miniature
1/2 cup	118ml	Salted peanuts (optional)

Recipe Instructions

Blend sugar and butter. Stir in cream and vanilla.

Add chocolate, marshmallows and nuts.

Note: make brownies according to package directions.

Top with the frosting.
