Rocky Road Cheesecake Recipe - Cooking Index
1 cup | 146g / 5.1oz | Chocolate wafer crumbs |
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Margarine - melted |
1 | Unflavored gelatin | |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Cold water |
16 oz | 454g | Soft cream cheese |
3/4 cup | 148g / 5.2oz | Sugar |
1/3 cup | 36g / 1.3oz | Cocoa |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Vanilla |
2 cups | 474ml | Mini marshmallows |
1 cup | 237ml | Whipping cream - whipped |
1/2 cup | 46g / 1.6oz | Almonds |
Combine crumbs and margarine; press onto bottom of 9-inch Springform pan.
Bake at 350F for 10 minutes Soften gelatin in water; stir over low heat until dissolved.
Combine cream cheese, sugar, cocoa and vanilla, mixing at medium speed on electric mixer until well blended.
Gradually add gelatin, mixing until blended.
Fold in remaining ingredients; pour over crust. Chill until firm.
