Rich Chocolate Glaze Recipe - Cooking Index
1 cup | 198g / 7oz | Confectioners sugar |
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Butter - softened |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Hot tap water |
1 oz | 28g | Baking chocolate |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Vanilla |
In small mixer bowl, beat confectioners sugar, butter, water, chocolate and vanilla until smooth.
Pour drizzle over cake.
Makes 3/4 cup glaze.
