Rhubarb Dump Cake

Recipe Ingredients

5 cups	730g / 25oz	Rhubarb diced
1 cup	198g / 7oz	Sugar
1		Cake mix white
3 oz	85g	Raspberry gelatin
3 cups	711ml	Marshmallows - miniature
2		Eggs
		Water as needed for mix

Recipe Instructions

Arrange rhubarb in bottom of 9x13 pan.

Sprinkle with sugar and gelatin.

Cover with marshmallows.

Prepare cake mix using 2 eggs and required amount of water.

Spread batter over the mixture.

Bake at 350F for 50-55 minutes.

Serve warm with whipped cream.
