3 | Jalapenos - minced | |
1 | Onion - chopped (medium) | |
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Fresh cilantro - chopped |
2 | Garlic - minced | |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Salt |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Tomato - coarsely chopped (large) |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Chipotle pepper - ground |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Lime juice |
In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients. Cover and marinate at least 1 hour to develop natural juices before serving. Makes 1 1/2 cups.
