Picnic Burritos Recipe - Cooking Index
1/2 cup | 118ml | Mayonnaise - low-fat |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Taco seasoning mix |
6 | Flour tortilla - (8" type) | |
2 oz | 56g | Shredded cheese - low-fat |
1/2 lb | 227g / 8oz | Thinly sliced cooked turkey |
1 lb | 454g / 16oz | Tomato - thinly sliced (large) |
Leaf lettuce |
Combine mayonnaise and seasoning mix. Spread on each tortilla and sprinkle with cheese. Layer with turkey, tomato and lettuce, leaving about 2 inches at one side covered with mayonnaise mixture only. Beginning at side layered with turkey, roll up each tortilla.
To serve immediately, cut in half. Or, securely wrap uncut burritos with plastic wrap and refrigerate up to 2 hours, cut in half.
