| Icing | ||
| 1 1/2 cups | 297g / 10oz | Sugar |
| 1 | Margarine | |
| 2 | Crushed pineapple in juice | |
| 1 | Angel flake coconut |
Contributed to the echo by: Marge Clark Originally from: a church lady Pineapple 7-up Cake: Mix cake and pudding mixes and 7-up. Beat well.
Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each. Pour into greased 9x13 pan, bake at 350F 40-50 minutes, until the cake tests done.
Icing: Bring all ingredients to a boil, pour over cake. Poke holes in cake with cake tester to help in absorbing icing.
