Eggs beaten for 4 minutes | ||
1 | Mandarin orange and juice - chop | |
Frosting | ||
1 | Crushed pineapple and juice | |
1 | Instant vanilla pudding | |
1 | Cool Whip |
Preheat oven to 350F Cooking time: 30 minutes Chopped up the Mandarin oranges. Mix all ingredients together and beat for 5 minutes. Pour in a greased and floured 9x13" pan.
Bake for the 30 minutes. Let cool.
Drain pineapple and retain the juice. Pour pineapple juice in with the DRY pudding mix and beat until thick. Fold in Cool Whip. Fold in the crushed pineapple.
Frost cake and then refrigerate.
