Passover Apple Cake Recipe - Cooking Index

| 1 cup | 198g / 7oz | Sugar |
| 1 cup | 237ml | Matzo cake meal |
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Potato starch |
| 4 | Apples - peeled and sliced | |
| 1/3 cup | 65g / 2.3oz | Sugar |
| 2 teaspoons | 10ml | Cinnamon |
| 1/2 cup | 118ml | Oil |
Toss apples with 1/3 cup sugar and cinnamon. Set aside.
Beat eggs, sugar and oil. Blend in dryings.
Put 3/4 of the batter in a greased 9" square pan. Arrange apples over.
Top with remaining batter.
Bake 50-60 minutes at 350F.
