Pear Salsa Mexicana Recipe - Cooking Index
16 oz | 454g | Bartlett pear - drained and chopped |
4 oz | 113g | Chiles - green canned, chopped |
1/4 cup | 36g / 1.3oz | Bell pepper - green, chopped |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Olive oil |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Lime juice |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Cilantro - chopped (opt) |
1 1/2 teaspoons | 7.5ml | Garlic salt |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Oregano - crushed |
1 | Hot pepper sauce |
Combine all ingredients; mix well. Refrigerate at least one hour.
