Orange-Cream-Cheese Frosting Recipe - Cooking Index
3 oz | 85g | Cream cheese - softened |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Butter |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Orange juice |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Orange peel - grated |
1 1/2 cups | 297g / 10oz | Confectioner's sugar |
In small bowl cream softened cream cheese , and butter or margarine, softened.
Stir in orange juice and orange peel -- grated.
Gradually beat in confectioners' sugar until smooth.
NOTES : Perfect for gingerbread.
