Orange Banana Sponge Cake Recipe - Cooking Index
| 7 | Eggs - separated | |
| 1 cup | 198g / 7oz | Sugar |
| 1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Salt |
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Orange rind |
| 1 cup | 237ml | Banana - mashed |
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Orange juice - frozen concentrate |
| 3/4 cup | 177ml | Potato starch - sifted |
Beat yolks and sugar until light.
Add salt and rind.
Stir in banana, juice, and starch.
Beat whites until stiff and fold in.
Bake in a 325F oven for 50-60 minutes.
