No-Fat Chocolate Angel Food Cake Recipe - Cooking Index
1 | Angel food mix - any brand | |
1/3 cup | 78ml | Sue bee honey |
1/4 cup | 27g / 1oz | Cocoa powder |
3/4 cup | 177ml | Water |
No-fat chocolate glaze |
Mix all ingredients together on low speed for 30 seconds. Beat on high for another 2 minutes.
Pour batter into ungreased angel food cake pan.
Bake at 350F degrees for 35 to 45 minutes, or until top is browned and cracked. Do not under-bake.
Remove from oven and set upside-down until cooled. Remove from pan and drizzle with No-Fat Chocolate Glaze (see recipe) if desired.
