No-Bake Cookie Crumble Cheesecake Recipe - Cooking Index
1 | Knox gelatin | |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Cold milk |
1 cup | 237ml | Milk - heated to boiling |
2 | Cream cheese | |
1/2 cup | 99g / 3.5oz | Sugar |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Vanilla |
1/2 cup | 55g / 1.9oz | Chocolate chips |
9 oz | 255g | Graham cracker crust |
1 cup | 146g / 5.1oz | Crushed cookies (any kind) |
In a blender, sprinkle Knox gelatin over cold milk, let stand two minutes.
Add hot milk and process on low speed for two minutes. Add cream cheese, sugar and vanilla and process until well blended.
Arrange chocolate chips on bottom of crust. Pour gelatin mix into crust.
Sprinkle crushed cookies over the top. Chill until firm, about 2 hours.
