| 3 oz | 85g | Baking chocolate |
| 1 cup | 198g / 7oz | Sugar |
| 3/4 cup | 46g / 1.6oz | Flour |
| 3/4 cup | 109g / 3.8oz | Low-fat cottage cheese |
| 3 | Eggs | |
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Vanilla |
| 1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Salt |
| Powdered sugar |
Heat oven to 350F Over very low heat, melt chocolate, cool slightly.
In a food processor, puree cheese and all other ingredients, except chocolate and powdered sugar until smooth. Add melted chocolate and blend well. Pour into lightly buttered 8 inch square pan.
Bake for 20 minutes or until just set. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and cut into 16 squares (cut pan four ways).
