Mom's Rhubarb Cake

Recipe Ingredients

1   Yellow cake mix
3 cups 711mlRhubarb - sliced thin
1 cup 198g / 7ozSugar
1 cup 237mlWhipping cream - not whipped
1/2 cup 73g / 2.6ozNuts - chopped

Recipe Instructions

Mix cake as directed on box. Pour into greased 9 x 13" pan.

Sprinkle rhubarb and nuts over cake batter. Sprinkle the sugar on top.

Last, pour cream over top.

Bake in 350 oven for 40 minutes.
