Pancit Guisado (Meat And Seafood With Noodles)

Recipe Ingredients

3/4 cup 177mlShrimp - cooked
3/4 cup 46g / 1.6ozPork cubes - cooked
3/4 cup 177mlHam cubes - cooked
3/4 cup 46g / 1.6ozChicken cubes - cooked
4   Garlic - minced
1   Onion - sliced (medium)
2 tablespoons 30mlOil
3 tablespoons 45mlSoy sauce
1 teaspoon 5mlSalt
1/2 teaspoon 2.5mlBlack pepper
1 1/2 cups 355mlChicken broth
1 cup 237mlCabbage - coarsely shredded
6 oz 170gNoodles
1   Lemon - thinly sliced

Recipe Instructions

Cook meats, garlic and onion in oil till onion is yellow. Remove a small amount of meat for garnishing.

To the remaining add soy sauce, salt, pepper, 1/2 cup stock and cabbage. Stir, cover and simmer about 10 minutes or until cabbage is cooked but still crisp.

Boil the noodles until almost done. Drain and add meat/cabbage mixture,

Add remainder of stock; cover and simmer for 15 minutes. Remove garlic. Serve in deep platter garnish with meat and lemon. Serve with soy sauce.
