Miracle Whip Spice Cake

Recipe Ingredients

3/4 cup	177ml	Miracle Whip
3/4 cup	148g / 5.2oz	Sugar
2 1/2 cups	156g / 5.5oz	Flour
1 teaspoon	5ml	Baking soda
1 teaspoon	5ml	Baking powder
1/4 teaspoon	1.3ml	Salt
1/2 teaspoon	2.5ml	Ground cloves
1/2 teaspoon	2.5ml	Nutmeg
1 teaspoon	5ml	Cinnamon
3/4 cup	177ml	Water - cold
2 tablespoons	30ml	Molasses

Recipe Instructions

Combine Miracle Whip and sugar.

Combine dry ingredients.

Combine water and molasses.

Add dry ingredients and water mixture alternately to sugar mixture. Blend well.

Bake at 350F for 30-35 minutes or until tests done with a toothpick.

Makes 1-8"x8" cake.
