Mint Chocolate Candy Cheesecake Recipe - Cooking Index

1 cup | 146g / 5.1oz | Chocolate wafer crumbs |
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Margarine - melted |

2/3 cup | 131g / 4.6oz | Sugar |
3 | Eggs | |
1 | Semi-sweet chocolate | |
1/2 cup | 73g / 2.6oz | Crme de menthe mint - chopped |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Sour cream |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Vanilla |
Crust: Combine crumbs and margarine; press onto bottom of 9-inch Springform pan.
Bake at 350F for 10 minutes.
Body: Combine cream cheese and sugar, mixing at medium speed on electric mixer until well blended. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
Blend in chocolate, mint wafers, sour cream and vanilla; pour over crust.
Bake at 350F for 50 minutes. Loosen cake from rim of pan; cool before removing rim of pan. Chill.
Garnish with additional mint wafers, if desired.
