Luscious White Chocolate Cheesecake Recipe - Cooking Index

1 1/2 cups | 219g / 7.7oz | Cookies* - crushed |
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Margarine - melted |

3 | Cream cheese - soften | |
1/2 cup | 99g / 3.5oz | Sugar |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Vanilla |
3 | Eggs | |
1/2 lb | 227g / 8oz | White chocolate - melted |
* cream-filled chocolate cookies, like Oreo or Hydrox
BASE: Combine crumbs and margarine, press onto bottom of 9-inch Springform pan.
Bake at 350F for 10 minutes.
BODY: Combine cream cheese, sugar and vanilla, mixing at medium speed on electric mixer until well blended. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
Blend in white chocolate; mix well. Pour over crust.
Bake at 350F for 40 minutes.
Loosen cake from rim of pan; cool before removing rim of pan. Chill.
Garnish if desired.
