6 | Egg whites - whipped | |
1 cup | 198g / 7oz | Sugar |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Vanilla |
1/3 cup | 36g / 1.3oz | Cocoa powder |
3/4 cup | 46g / 1.6oz | Flour |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Salt |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Baking powder |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Baking soda |
1 1/2 cups | 355ml | Marshmallow cream |
Preheat oven at 325F. Prepare a 8" square pan with cooking spray and flour.
In a mixing bowl, combine cocoa powder, flour, salt, baking powder, and baking soda.
In another mixing bowl, combine egg whites, sugar, vanilla, and marshmallow crme.
Mix dry ingredients with wet ingredients just until moistened. Pour mixture into prepared pan.
Bake for 30 minutes.
