Lemon Ambrosia Cake

Recipe Ingredients

		Cake
1		Lemon cake mix
1		Instant lemon pudding
3/4 cup	69g / 2.4oz	Coconut
1 1/4 cups	296ml	Water
1/4 cup	59ml	Vegetable oil
2		Eggs
		Frosting
1		Creamy frosting mix
2		Confectioners' sugar
1 cup	198g / 7oz	Shortening
1 cup	237ml	Milk

Recipe Instructions

Mix in a 13 x 9 ungreased pan with a fork.

Bake at 350F for 35-40 minutes
