1 | Fudge marble cake mix | |
2 lbs | 908g / 32oz | Ricotta cheese |
1 cup | 198g / 7oz | Sugar |
4 | Eggs | |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Vanilla |
8 oz | 227g | Whipping cream |
1 | Instant chocolate pudding | |
1 cup | 237ml | Milk |
Mix cake as directed on box. Pour into greased and floured 9 x 13 pan.
In separate bowl, combine ricotta, sugar, eggs and vanilla; mix well. Spoon over top of unbaked cake.
Bake at 350F for 1 hr.
Cool.
Mix pudding with milk; fold in whipped topping.
Spread over cake; refrigerate.
