Recipe Ingredients

1 lb 454g / 16ozMushrooms
1 lb 454g / 16ozOnion (medium)
1 teaspoon 5mlDry epazote
1   Garlic
  Salt and pepper
  Vegetable oil

Recipe Instructions

Wash the mushrooms and cut them in thin slices. Cut the onion in slices. Fry the onion and garlic in vegetable oil and when the onion is transparent, add the mushrooms, epazote, salt and pepper. Cook until water evaporated. Serve as a side dish or a main dish with tortillas as tacos or make a quesadilla adding mozzarella cheese .
