1 | Muffin mix (apple spice oat) | |
1/2 cup | 73g / 2.6oz | Pitted and chopped dates |
1/2 cup | 73g / 2.6oz | Dried papaya - diced |
1/2 cup | 73g / 2.6oz | Dried pear - diced |
1/2 cup | 80g / 2.8oz | Raisins |
1/2 cup | 73g / 2.6oz | Nuts - chopped |
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Orange rind - grated |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | AM unrefined sesame oil |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Honey |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Vanilla |
1 1/4 cups | 296ml | Water |
1 | Egg - beaten (optional) |
Preheat oven to 350F.
Combine the liquid ingredients.
In a separate bowl stir the mix into the fruit and nuts.
Combine the two mixtures and add the orange rind.
Bake in a 9" x 5" pan for 45 minutes.
