Fruity Cake

Recipe Ingredients

1		Muffin mix (apple spice oat)
1/2 cup	73g / 2.6oz	Pitted and chopped dates
1/2 cup	73g / 2.6oz	Dried papaya - diced
1/2 cup	73g / 2.6oz	Dried pear - diced
1/2 cup	80g / 2.8oz	Raisins
1/2 cup	73g / 2.6oz	Nuts - chopped
3 tablespoons	45ml	Orange rind - grated
2 tablespoons	30ml	AM unrefined sesame oil
1/4 cup	59ml	Honey
1 teaspoon	5ml	Vanilla
1 1/4 cups	296ml	Water
1		Egg - beaten (optional)

Recipe Instructions

Preheat oven to 350F.

Combine the liquid ingredients.

In a separate bowl stir the mix into the fruit and nuts.

Combine the two mixtures and add the orange rind.

Bake in a 9" x 5" pan for 45 minutes.
