Recipe Ingredients

1   Muffin mix (apple spice oat)
1/2 cup 73g / 2.6ozPitted and chopped dates
1/2 cup 73g / 2.6ozDried papaya - diced
1/2 cup 73g / 2.6ozDried pear - diced
1/2 cup 80g / 2.8ozRaisins
1/2 cup 73g / 2.6ozNuts - chopped
3 tablespoons 45mlOrange rind - grated
2 tablespoons 30mlAM unrefined sesame oil
1/4 cup 59mlHoney
1 teaspoon 5mlVanilla
1 1/4 cups 296mlWater
1   Egg - beaten (optional)

Recipe Instructions

Preheat oven to 350F.

Combine the liquid ingredients.

In a separate bowl stir the mix into the fruit and nuts.

Combine the two mixtures and add the orange rind.

Bake in a 9" x 5" pan for 45 minutes.
