Fruitcake Without Nuts Recipe - Cooking Index
| 1 cup | 198g / 7oz | Sugar |
| 2 | Butter/margarine | |
| 4 cups | 250g / 8.8oz | Flour |
| 8 | Eggs | |
| 1 | Glass grape jelly | |
| 1 cup | 237ml | Grape juice |
| 2 teaspoons | 10ml | Allspice |
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Cinnamon |
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Nutmeg |
| 1 lb | 454g / 16oz | Crystallized cherries |
| 1 lb | 454g / 16oz | Crystallized pineapple |
| 1 lb | 454g / 16oz | Mixed fruits |
Cream sugar and butter well. Add yolks of eggs, one at a time.
Add spice, add jelly, and add juice.
Add flour plus fruits. Fold in whites of eggs.
Bake in 3 pans 2 hours at 270F.
Decorate with nuts and fruits if desired.
