Fruit Cocktail Cake Icing

Recipe Ingredients

1 1/2 cups	297g / 10oz	Sugar
1/2 cup	46g / 1.6oz	Coconut
6 oz	170g	Margarine
1 cup	237ml	Undiluted evaporated milk
1/2 cup	118ml	Pecans

Recipe Instructions

Cook sugar, oleo, and milk until thick.

Remove from heat and add pecans and coconut.

Pour over hot cake.
