Frozen Fruitcake Salad

Recipe Ingredients

1 cup	237ml	Sour cream
2 oz	56g	Cool Whip - thawed
1/2 cup	99g / 3.5oz	Sugar
2 tablespoons	30ml	Lemon juice
1 teaspoon	5ml	Vanilla
13 oz	369g	Crushed pineapple - drained
2		Bananas - diced
1/2 cup	31g / 1.1oz	Red candied cherries - chopped
1/2 cup	31g / 1.1oz	Greek candied cherries - chopped
1/2 cup	118ml	Nuts (pecans or walnuts)

Recipe Instructions

Mix all together well, turn into a mold and freeze. Let stand 10 minutes before serving. Everyone loves this. It's good for dessert too.

It's especially pretty at Christmas because of the red and green cherries but we like it for Thanksgiving too.
